How we are governed
- Members' assembly. The highest body of the association. It approves the annual report and budget, elects the committee and decides on changes to the statutes.
- Elected committee. Volunteers responsible for day-to-day operations, coaching schedules, equipment and correspondence with public authorities.
- Statutory representative. Acts on behalf of the association in line with the statutes and Czech law.
Our accountability commitments
- No part of our income is distributed to members. Membership fees, grants and donations are used solely for training, equipment, facility hire and programme costs.
- Annual accounts and activity reports are prepared for the members' assembly and are available on request at info@softballsvoboda.org.
- We follow child safeguarding practices: adult supervision at all youth sessions, coach vetting and clear incident reporting.
- We apply a conflict-of-interest rule: committee members declare any personal interest and abstain from related decisions.
- We do not sell, rent or monetise personal data of members or website visitors.
