1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of this website and participation in activities organised by SOFTBALL-BASEBALL SVOBODA, z. s. (IČO: 60150807), Budějovická, Na Pankráci 409/1a, 140 00 Praha 4, Czechia. By using the site or joining an activity you agree to them.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about our non-profit sports programmes. It is not a shop: we do not sell products or process payments online. Information is offered in good faith and schedules may change.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the contact form for spam, harassment or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access.
• Content, texts and the association logo remain our property; reuse requires written permission.

4. Participation in activities

• Participants follow coach instructions, venue rules and the fair-play code at all times.
• Participants confirm they are medically fit to take part; guardians confirm this for minors.
• Sport carries inherent risk. We take reasonable safety measures, but participation is at your own responsibility to the extent permitted by Czech law.
• Discriminatory, aggressive or unsafe behaviour may lead to exclusion from sessions.

5. Fees and non-profit status

Any membership fees or contributions cover programme costs only. The association does not distribute profit to its members and operates exclusively for public benefit.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damage arising from use of this website, for temporary unavailability, or for the content of third-party websites we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law.

7. Governing law
